Aim and Coverage

The main of objectives of entrepreneurship training are to extend the culture of entrepreneurship, to encourage candidates of     entrepreneurship to start their own businesses, and to inform them about business planning in order to ensure their success. This training helps the participants to learn and acquire knowledge and understanding of the process involved in starting up their own businesses, being able to carry out a feasibility study, importance of business plans. The applied training offers the following opportunities:

• group work conducted in the classroom
• researching business ideas
• questioning the market
• development of business plans

Would be entrepreneurs who prepared their own business plans are also given the opportunity to meet employers who have been successful in that particular field and receive their recommendations. Within the context of this support, panel discussions are organized in order to provide the opportunity for candidates to meet the employers. This process is closely monitored by EDUSER experts and coaching activities are carried out to solve the problems they may encounter.

Training is for groups of 10-30 participants, using interactive adult training methodology, utilizing both theoretical and practical knowledge and is supported by relevant educational materials.
