Aim and Scope

 Vocational training and qualifications constitute a major expertise area of idaser. In this context, idaser develops modular vocational programmes based on occupational standards and qualifications in order to meet the real needs of labour markets. We also offer training and supervision to institutions and organizations who want to continue these activities through their own means and capacities.

  • Vocational training institutions who want to improve their capacities to develop modular vocational training programmes based on national qualifications
  • Trainers and human resources development specialists who want to improve their own skills or train staff on modular vocational training development and implementation
  • Labour Market organizations, business and other related institutions and organizations who want to improve their capacities in developing modular vocational training programmes based on national competences
Duration   Minimum 80 hours
 Training Format

Training is carried out with 8-20 participants on average, using interactive adult training methodology, utilizing both theoretical and practical knowledge and is supplemented by educational materials.
