Project Cycle Management (PCM) Training

Aim and scope

  Project Cycle Management (PCM) training package which targets Grant Scheme programmes aims at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the participants on project design and management. The training also provides the participants with the opportunity to learn about implementation of projects in line with project resources.

Target groups

• Individuals who want to enhance their skills in project design, development and management
• Companies, NGOs, institutions and organizations which aim to enhance the skills of their staff in project design, development and management.

Training is carried out on average in groups of 8-20 participants, using interactive adult training methodology, utilizing both theoretical and practical knowledge and is supported by learning materials.
