Training Package to Improve Employability and Career Skills

Career and Employment Skills Training Package consist of programmes that take into account, the realities of work life and tailored to the specific needs of students, youth, adults and the workforce in general. These trainings are organized according to the demand of the individuals as well as institutions and organizations. These training packages are customized according to needs and demands of the clients or exiting packages are implemented. These include the following:

• Knowing and improving yourself and following and monitoring career and work opportunities
• Responsibilities of an individual in work life
• Decision making and problem solving in work life
• Skills in accessing employment opportunities 1 (Job search, preparation of CV, job interviews)
• Skills in accessing employment opportunities 2 (Communication skills, skills for becoming a team member)

• Youth and adult workers who aim at improving their skills for retaining job

Training is carried out for groups of 15-25 participants, using interactive adult training methodology, utilizing both theoretical and practical knowledge and is supplemented by educational materials
