Training in Strategic Planning

Aim and Scope

Strategic planning training is a tool that is used to enhance the institutional capacities in planning and managing their development. It assists these institutions to develop basic policies, to translate these polices into clear and sustainable programmes and budgets, to have the ability to monitor and evaluate implementation. In line with law 5018, strategic planning has become an obligation for Governmental institutions and organizations.

İDASER offers applied strategic planning training to all institutions and organizations based on their specific needs.

Target groups

• Institutions and organizations (governmental, local administration units, municipalities, schools and NGOs) who want to enhance internal capacities and skills and knowledge of their staff in the area of strategic planning
• Individual who are interested in this field

Training is carried out for groups consisting of 10-30 participants, and by using interactive adult training methodology, utilizing both theoretical and practical knowledge with the use of appropriate materials.
